This section runs mostly through hilly terrain with various types of forest. The trail passes somewhat more open country at Släryd, but then the forest closes in again and the trail runs downhill to the Högvadsån valley.

Path to Bockstens mosse and The Bocksten Man - The red and white trail will take you to the place where one of Halland’s most famous residents was found – the Bocksten Man.
Accommodation
A short distance from the trail is the Kogstorp camp, you can see it from the road. The shelter accommodates 4–5 adults, and there is a fireplace and a dry toilet. In Åkulla you will find two shelters, one on the island in Lake Yasjön and one right near the Åkulla Outdoor Resort. These two shelters have a fireplace with wood, and a toilet and drinking water are available at Åkulla Outdoor Resort.
Björkasjö windshelter is located at the lake Björkasjö.
